“April 22 at about 20:00, our cameras, located in the Lachinsky district, recorded the movement of a column of 2 KAMAZ evacuators, 1 autocrane KAMAZ, 1 car of the UAZ-3151 brand and 1 car of the UAZ-patriot brand with one residential container on Each belonging to Armenia, the department said.

The frames recorded the illegal entry of the columns of cars from Armenia to the territory of Azerbaijan through the new bridge on the Hekari River, built on the conditional Azerbaijani-Armenian border, the Ministry of Defense said.

“It should be noted that Russian peacekeepers created the conditions for the import of military goods from Armenia into the territory of Azerbaijan,” the statement said.

The defense department also emphasized that residential containers using an auto crane were unloaded in Armenia, near the borders with Azerbaijan.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the personnel indicate that Armenia plans to deploy a border checkpoint at the entrance to the Lachin-Khandi road on the border with Azerbaijan, which unilaterally violates a tripartite statement of November 10, 2020.
