The next meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Dost Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population was held.
Chairman of the Council, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sakhil Babayev noted the activities of the DOST Centers created by decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated August 9, 2018. He noted that innovative innovations made to state social services by the concept of Dost, initiated by the first vice-president of Mehriban Khanum Aliyeva, created working conditions under the concept of “single window”, full transparency and operational service provision.
Sakhil Babaev noted that since May 2019, 5 DOST centers were created, in which about 650 thousand citizens were provided for the past period.
It was noted that electronic technologies are used in the spheres of labor, employment, social security, social services, disability, rehabilitation, adoption, employment, etc. Of the 170 services provided by the Ministry, 105 are through an electronic platform, 44 of them – in proactive order.
Also were also brought to the attention of the electronization of Dost services. It is emphasized that for the operational and fast work in this area, expansion, the increase in digital decisions provides for the creation of the Center for Digital Innovation Agency.
The Center for Digital Innovation will also play an important role in creating a single mechanism for the exchange of information between the ministry and the subordinate structures, support for the existing and creating new electronic systems, and will also create the conditions for expanding information security.
The meeting discussed issues related to the creation of a center for digital innovation, the structure of the DOST agency apparatus, Dost Centers and other structures.
