The judicial investigation of the criminal case of Fagan Akhmedov, accused of murdering his wife, was completed. This Haqqin.Az reported in the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
In the course of the investigation, reasonable suspicions appeared that Parvan Ahmedov on May 30, 2021 during a quarrel in the residential array “Lakhis Baglags” of the Sabunchinsky district from the hunting rifle shot her husband F.Akhmedov, who occupied the position of Judge of the Sabunchinsky District Court at that time .
F.Akhmedov were charged under Article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code, the decision of the court was elected a measure of preventive in the form of arrest.
Currently, the investigation of the criminal case is completed and sent to the Baku court in grave crimes for consideration.
