The trial continues on the criminal case of a citizen of Russia Dubakov Edward Sergeyevich, attracted by Armenia to the battles in Karabakh. According to his own Correspondent Haqqin.az, the meeting takes place in the Baku Court for grave crimes chaired by the judge Samir Aliyev.
Note that in relation to Dubakov Edward Sergeyevich, who is a citizen of Russia, a criminal case was initiated under articles 214-3.1 (terrorism, financing of terrorism), 218.2 (participation in the criminal community (organization), as well as in the unification of the organizers, managers or other representatives of organized formations), 18.2 (illegal crossing of the state border of Azerbaijan by a group of persons on a preliminary conspiracy or organized group) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
