Baku court sent for bars of gangster athletes

In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, the process was completed in the case of gang members accused of abduction. It is reported by the correspondent haqqin.az.

Chaired by Judge Irada Gusanzade on the process was read by the sentence, according to which the accused Elchin Guliyev received 11 years, Vasif Allahverdiev – 10 years, Niizeddin Kazymla, Schaig Huseynov and Fahan Eminoglu to 8 years and 6 months of imprisonment. Another accused – Farah Rasylova – the court appointed a suspended period.

Aigun Abbasova, who was the Customer of the crime, was sentenced to 5 years in prison. The court also ruled that he would revise the decision after her child would be 14 years old.

According to the charges, a resident of the Khatayinsky district of Huseyn Askerov owed the Aygun Askerov 25 thousand manat. Since he could not return the debt, Abbasova’s askerov was invited to one of the cafes of the capital, after which the previously convicted Vasif Allahverdiyev, Schaig Huseynov and the Faigan Eminoglu were put in forced debtor in the car and taken to the cottage Aygyun Abbasova, located in the village of Pischagi.

Previously convicted resident of Baku Niimeseddin Kazymla and other gang members caused various bodily injuries to Aaskerov, demanding to pay 30 thousand manat instead of a previously discredited 25.
