Baku: drug dealers were condemned for 47 years

The trial of the criminal case of 64-year-old Makhizer Mamedova, a 43-year-old Ageaev Ager, 55-year-old Heydar Mamedov and the 26-year-old Sanana Evazov, who are accused of smuggling and drug trafficking.

According to the correspondent of HaqQin.az, during the court session, a sentence was announced, according to which A. Agaev was sentenced to 11 years old, H. Mamedov – by 12 years 6 months, M. Mamedov – to 10 and S. Seivazov – to 13 years 6 months of imprisonment.

64-year-old Mamedova was detained in the Narimanovsky district of the capital for illicit drug trafficking. When searching, more than 2 kilograms of heroin and 321.964 grams of methamphetamine were seized. During the investigation, it was found that drugs she acquired from the Iranian citizen named Magsud, whose identity is a consequence of unknown. Mamedova has repeatedly sold heroin and methamphetamine sent by Magsud from Iran. She sent money for sold drugs through the Iranian Student Afsina Napi.

During the operation, police officers of the Jalilabad district also detained the inhabitants of Mingachevir Heydar Mamedov and Azer Agayev, who brought the Mamedova 3 kilograms and 500 grams of heroin.

When detained, both had the resistance of the police and tried to hide. However, when Mamedov tried to leave the Lada Priora car, he first crashed into a police car, and then in an obstacle.
