Capital Police officers detained Yusif Magherramov born in 1990, accused of fraud, Haqqin.az said in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Magerramov, allegedly contacted persons selling mobile phones put up for sale on ads, recognized the numbers of their bank cards and, having received confirmation code through SMS, withdrew funds from accounts. Thus, he deceived more than 30 people.
The investigation continues.
