The disrespect for the State Flag of the Turkish Republic Fuad Ismailov was arrested by the decision of the Nizaminsky District Court.
According to the sentence, F. Ismailov was sentenced to 30 days of administrative arrest under Article 535.1 (malicious disobedience to the legal requirement of a police officer or a serviceman in the fulfillment of their duties on the protection of public order) of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
