In the Baku metro this morning there was an incident. At the Sakhil metro station, a failure occurred in the operation of the escalator.
Local media write that passengers who were at that time on the escalator fell, and supposedly some of them suffered.
The head of the press service of Baku Metropolitan CJSC Bakhtiyar Mammadov said that they were informed about what happened: “There is a trial. The escalator stopped due to the intervention in his work of the passenger.” At the same time, Mamedov noted that no appeals to them were received in connection with injuries.
