The department clarified that fire was conducted from small arms from the standpoint in the direction of the settlements of Aitsyen District Davali and Saibals of the Garakilse district in the direction of the settlements of the Heidararab District and Bucheneca of the Shakhbuzsky district of the Nakhchivan autonomous republic.
