A citizen was detained for an attempt to violate the procedure for visiting the Baku alley of the Schehids in Baku on the anniversary of the tragedy on January 20.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Zeyn Huseynov, a group of people tried to violate the order of priority established for visitors.
Law enforcement officers stopped the actions of violators, and one of the participants in the provocation – Anar Huseynov – was detained for intentional disobedience to the legal demand of the police. In relation to it, administrative arrest was applied.
