On the night of September 18 to September 19, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland stopped letting Russian citizens with Schengen tourist visas, the media reports.
Note that the governments of these four countries went to more stringent measures, unlike others in the EU, who decided only to suspend a simplified visa regime with Russia.
