Summer Grandmother of Ex-President of the United States Barack Obama died in Kenya at the age of 99, reports local Radio CapitalFM.
Sarah Obama is the third wife of Grandfather Barack Obama on the father’s line. Although it does not have to president of the United States by a blood relative, he always treated her with warmth and called the Grandma Sarah. For the last time he visited her house in the village of Cogel in July 2018.
“It’s true, she left us to God,” Marsat Onyango said on the phone, adding that the elderly woman recently felt badly. She died in the hospital of the city of Kisumu.
