US President Joe Biden decisively criticized Russian leader Vladimir Putin for nuclear threats voiced during his appeal.
“Today, President Putin threatens the nuclear war of Europe again. This is a gross violation of the nuclear weapons regime, and now Russia calls for new soldiers to its ranks to participate in this battle,” he said.
The head of the White House also called the “referendums” organized by Russia in Ukraine, “fake” and called on countries to help Kyiv.
