“We celebrate a strong union, a general vision of the future and a deep friendship that unites the Republic of Korea and the United States,” said Biden in a video that attached to the same publication.
The head of the White House noted that over the past 70 years, the Union of Seoul and Washington has intensified even more, and cooperation between the peoples of the United States and South Korea, their obligations and partnerships with each other have become even deeper.
Two nations combine democratic values, the president emphasized.
