A telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan by Jayhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, reported on the Foreign Ministry.
Ministers exchanged views regarding the regional situation and the implementation of tripartite statements.
The parties discussed the situation in the region, including the constituent meeting of the mechanism of regional counseling “3 + 3”, as well as the meeting of representatives of the Azerbaijani and Armenian public. The ministers also discussed current issues of bilateral relations and other topics representing mutual interest.
