Bayramov called Chavushoglu 6 February

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jaykhun Bayramov called his Turkish colleague Mevlyut Chavushoglu, the AR Foreign Ministry said in a statement

During a telephone conversation, Bayramov handed over his condolences to the families of the dead as a result of a strong earthquake in Kamhramanmarash, Gaziantep and other southern regions of Turkey, as well as the government and people of Turkey.

The minister wished the sooner recovery to the victims.

The Foreign Minister emphasized that Azerbaijan is always next to fraternal Turkey and is ready to provide all kinds of assistance in the direction of eliminating the consequences of the earthquake.

“On the basis of the order of the President of Azerbaijan, the rapid response force (Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan – Ed.) As part of 370 people will go to fraternal Turkey for participation in search and rescue operations,” Bayramov said.

The Foreign Minister of Turkey expressed gratitude for the solidarity and support.
