Azerbaijan guarantees the same rights living in Karabakh in Karabakh as other citizens, said the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jaykhun Bayramov at a joint press conference in Moscow following a meeting with his Russian colleague Sergei Lavrov.
Azerbaijan has repeatedly stated that it guarantees that the population of Armenian origin living in the Karabakh region will have the same rights and freedoms as all citizens of Azerbaijan, he emphasized.
