BBC praises Baku: a combination of antiquity and modernity, skyscrapers and fortresses

The site of TV channel BBC News article “Baku, a city with a rich cultural heritage, has become a landmark of modern architecture”, dedicated to modern and historical architectural monuments of Azerbaijan.

The article states that art connoisseurs can see the pearls of ancient and modern architecture in Baku. The author notes that as a result of the influence of both the East and West, Baku, who over the past 20 years has received a new appearance thanks to the most ambitious and magnificent architectural projects on a global scale, is constantly evolving.

It is noted that in Baku, where antiquity and modernity are combined, there are modern skyscrapers, ancient fortresses and historical monuments.
