In August in the territory where the services of OJSC “Azerishig”, recorded the consumption of electrical energy consumption. This is reported by the press service of OJSC “Aerishg”.
So, in the last month of summer, the growth of power consumption is associated with the use of ventilation equipment and air conditioners due to air temperature exceeding the climatic rate.
In August, electricity consumption has increased by an average of 16.1 million kilowatt-hour per day compared to the same period of 2020. On August 10, OJSC recorded energy consumption at the level of 72.2 million kilowatt-hour, which is a record in the history of electric power industry. The calculations have shown that in August the overall increase compared to the same period last year amounted to 500.0 million kilowatt-hour.
OJSC “Azerishg” brings to the attention of subscribers that the continuous use of ventilation equipment and air conditioners leads to an increase in the energy used, which in turn will be reflected in the receipt that subscribers will receive next month.
“Request to subscribers, when using electricity to follow safety rules. In addition, each subscriber can take personal participation in the registration of indicators on the meter, contacting the district personnel,” the message is noted.
OJSC also emphasizes that in order to accurately implement work in the reporting period in Azerishg OJSC, work is underway under one of the projects of the structure providing for the visibility of the optical device of the meter. The meter indicators are transmitted directly into the system without human factor intervention.
