One of the intermediary countries in the negotiations of Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the eve of the Big Twenty summit transferred to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin Chernova version of a possible peaceful “Agreement”. The project said that Russian troops should leave all Ukrainian territories.

It is noted that the essence of the agreement was that all the occupied territories of Ukraine should return to Kyiv’s control, including Donbass.

At the same time, the Crimea’s question was proposed to be taken out “out of brackets”, and all negotiations about the peninsula are frozen for seven years, as the question of Ukraine’s entry into NATO.

In addition, this option provided for the cessation of Ukrainian missile shelling, which was supposed to confirm the seriousness of Moscow’s intention. This proposal has lost its relevance after a massive missile strike on Ukrainian cities during the G20 summit.
