Beijing called on Washington to refuse to intervene in internal affairs

The United States should refuse to damage China’s main interests and security in the name of competition.

Such a warning in a telephone conversation with American colleague Anthony Blinken was voiced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China Qin Gan.

According to the Chinese media, the conversation took place at the request of Blinken, who plans to visit the Chinese capital this week.

The Chinese Minister confirmed the position on the key aspects of the Sino-American relations.

He emphasized that the United States “must stop interfering in China’s internal affairs and damage its sovereign security and development interests in the name of competition.”

In February, Blinken canceled the visit to China due to the crisis that erupted after the Chinese balloon was seen in the US airspace.

Blinken and Ganges for the first time held direct negotiations after diplomatic contacts were interrupted due to the crisis.
