Belarus has banned export of rice, pasta and flour

The Government of Belarus with its resolution introduced a temporary ban on the removal from rice country, cereals and flour of coarse grinding from rye or barley, as well as pasta.

It is noted that the measure is introduced in order to prevent the deficit, as well as compliance with the food security of the country. The decision does not apply to goods exported to the EAEU member states, as well as in states who are not member states of the EAEU, to provide international humanitarian assistance to foreign countries.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus, restrictions on the removal of these products will be formed for three months.
