In the West and in the central regions of the country, the temperature will exceed 35 ° C, in some areas it is expected to 36-37 ° C.

In this regard, residents are recommended to be careful and take preventive measures. Particular attention is intended to be paid to older people, children and faces with cardiovascular diseases.

They are recommended to limit the open air and avoid intensive physical activity.

The last time the “orange” level of anxiety in the country was declared in August 2024, and “Red” in August 2020.

Although the temperature values ​​are not reached this week, weather forecasters indicate that due to a five-day excess of 25 ° C and a temperature preservation above 30 ° C, at least three days in a row, the current situation corresponds to the criteria of the “thermal wave”.
