The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belgium made an appeal to the Russian government to reconsider its decision to suspend the participation in the Treaty on Strategic offensive Weapons (DSNV).
“Russia’s decision to suspend its participation in a nuclear agreement with the United States inflicts another blow to the international non -proliferation regime. Belgium urgently calls on Russia to cancel its decision,” the publication of the Belgian foreign ministry on Twitter.
The ministry also emphasized that this step “is jealous of the only agreement on limiting the placement of nuclear weapons”.
