The decision to open the Azerbaijan Embassy in Israel demonstrates the whole depth of relations between the countries and the need to further strengthen them in the interests of stability and prosperity of the entire region, wrote the Minister of Defense of Israel Beni Hanz on his Twitter.
“I welcome the decision of the Azerbaijani Parliament to open the embassy in Israel,” said the GANC, adding that last month he visited Azerbaijan, where he met with President Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Defense General Zakir Gasanov, as well as the head of the State Border Service Elchin Guliyev.
“At the meetings, we discussed a number of issues of politics and security,” the Israeli minister added.
