German Foreign Minister Annala Berbok sharply condemned the actions of the Russian Federation and called on the Kremlin to negotiate.
Her commentary before the EU Foreign Ministers meets Spiegel.
Annala Berbok stated that the actions of the Russian authorities are now “a completely irresponsible game.”
She noted that the life of a huge number of people in the Donbas is now under a great threat, in the front-line areas in the east of Ukraine there are risks of problems with electricity and water.
“Do not play with human lives … Go back at the negotiating table, we are waiting for you,” Bubble said, turning to Putin.
