The ex-president of the country Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov was given the status of a national leader. He will also lead the highest body of the people’s power – Hulk Maslahata.
January 21, a joint meeting of both chambers of the Turkmenistan parliament – Hulk Maslahata and Medzhlis, the lower house of the parliament, with the participation of representatives of the public, at which the reorganization of the authorities was discussed.
