mass protests in Iran have not subside since mid -September. The reason was the death of a 22-year-old girl of Mahsa Amini. She was detained in Tehran for improper wear of the hijab and died a few days later. Protests continue in about 100 cities of Iran. Initially, the protesters demanded an investigation and punish Amini’s deaths, but over time, slogans changed to socio-political, including calls to change the regime. In mid -October, workers of the oil industry joined the protests.
