Between Tajikistan And Dominica, Visa -free Regime Entered Into Force

between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Commonwealth, Dominica entered into force an agreement on the mutual abolition of visa requirements. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.

The document provides for visa -free entry, transit, departure and temporary stay up to 90 days for owners of diplomatic, official and general citizens of foreign passports.

According to the department, the agreement is aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and simplifying mutual trips of citizens of two states.

A visa liberalization agreement between Tajikistan and Dominica was signed on April 22, 2024 in New York as part of the UN General Assembly. For entry into force, the passage of internal ratification procedures was required by both parties, which were completed in the summer of 2025.

Tajikistan in recent years has consistently expanding the geography of visa -free agreements, strengthening international ties and discovering new opportunities for its citizens. Previously, similar regimes were introduced with a number of Asian states, the Middle East and Latin America.
