US President Joe Biden on the occasion of the Holodomor anniversary in Ukraine 1932-1933 honored the victims of these tragic events and confirmed that Washington invariably supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the republic, reports RIA Novosti.
“Ukrainian people overcame the horror of the Holodomor, demonstrating their spirit and resistance, and ultimately created a free and democratic society. Remembering the pain and victims of the Holodomor, the United States also confirms our commitment to the people of Ukraine and our constant support for its sovereignty and territorial integrity”, – Specifies in the statement of the American leader, which spread the White House.
The head of state suggested that this month, when the memory of victims of those events, the country “confirmed the commitment to continue working to prevent such tragedies in the future.”
