Biden declared “unlikely” his trip to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden said on Monday that his visit to Ukraine during the European tour is unlikely. It is reported by CNN.

“It depends on different factors,” Biden answered when he was asked if he was planning to visit Ukraine, adding that he does not want to “apply even more difficulties to Ukrainians.”

answering the second question, whether he will be expected to go to Ukraine while he will be in Germany and Spain at the G7 and NATO summit, Biden replied: “During this visit, it is unlikely.”

Biden did not visit Ukraine after the start of Russia’s invasion. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, as well as the first Lady Jill Biden, visited Ukraine.

It was previously reported that US President Joe Biden plans to go to Europe at the end of June to participate in the Semey Group (G7) leaders and the NATO summit.

The G7 summit will take place in the Elmau Castle in southern Germany. Later, Biden will go to Madrid to meet the leaders of the NATO states.
