“The US military will not and should not fight in wars in which Afghans themselves are not treated,” said US President Joe Biden, speaking at the White House with a speech about the situation in Afghanistan.
Biden added that for several decades of the political career, he realized that “there is never a good time for the withdrawal of troops.”
He stressed that “improperly asking American military to enter into a conflict where Afghans themselves cannot protect themselves.”
“The political leadership of Afghanistan surrendered and ran, the army failed,” described the situation Biden.
