US President Joe Biden held a telephone conversation with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, the press service of the White House.
“Joe Biden clearly made it clear that the United States and their allies would give a decisive answer if Russia invads Ukraine,” the official Washington reports.
Heads of states also expressed support for diplomatic negotiations between Russia, the USA and NATO for security guarantees, which will begin next week in Geneva.
