According to him, Russia’s announcement of the suspension of participation in the contract for a reduction in strategic offensive weapons (DSNV) “causes deep regret”.
Blinken also called him “irresponsible.”
At the same time, he noted that “the United States is ready at any time to speak with Russia about the restriction of strategic weapons, regardless of what is still happening in the world or in our relations.”
