Bill Of US President Trump On Tax Reduction Is Approved By House Of Representatives

Following the US Senate, the House of Representatives also adopted a bill aimed at reducing taxes promised by President Donald Trump during his election campaign.

Speaking before voting in the House of Representatives, the leader of the minority Hakim Jeffris made statements against the bill.

Jeffris’s speech, which began at 04.53 local time, lasted 8 hours 44 minutes, breaking the record of the most long continuous speech in the House of Representatives.

Against the bill, for which all representatives of the Democrats voted, 2 representatives of the Republicans also spoke.

Thus, a bill entitled “One Big Beautiful bill”, which includes a comprehensive decrease in taxes, was adopted 218 votes against 214 in the House of Representatives.

The bill will be submitted to the signature of US President Trump to get the status of the law.

July 1, the “Unified Big Beautiful bill” was adopted by 51 votes in the Senate, and US Vice President Jay Di Wence broke the situation 50 to 50. Three Republican senators voted “against” the bill.

The bill includes issues such as an increase in tax benefits for the states and local authorities, the abolition of taxes on tips and overtime revenues, as well as the extension of the validity of tax benefits that entered into force in 2017.
