Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his Kyrgyz colleague Sadyr Zhaparov today took part in the opening ceremony of the friendship of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek, the official website of the head of state.
Aliyev and Zhaparov performed at the event.
