according to him, this will happen regardless of when the decision is made.
Blinken noted that we are talking about the preparation, maintenance, and the availability of opportunities for the use of aircraft in combined arms operations. “All this takes time,” the diplomat explained.
“It is necessary to focus on that when they (Ukrainians – ed.) will receive them, they are properly prepared, could serve these aircraft and reasonably use them,” said the Secretary of State.
