According to information, during the consideration of the case it was found that Bolt Services AZ LLC had an unlawful effect on the adoption of economic decisions by other market entities operating in the same market or striving to enter this market, thereby violating the requirements of the law “On unfair competition “.
Based on the results of the consideration of the civil service case, a mandatory indication of Bolt Services Az LLC was made in order to prevent and eliminate the cases of unscrupulous competition, as well as the enterprise, a financial sanction was applied for the assumption of unfair competition.
