Supreme Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrel called for the urgent convocation of the UN Security Council due to direct recognition by Russia “Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics”.
He noted that this is a direct violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
