Borrel: European Union will introduce new sanctions against Russia

Head of European diplomacy Jozep Borrel criticized Russia after the events in the Ukrainian cities of Bucha and Irpen and stated that the countries of the European Union would urge the development of new anti-Russian sanctions.

Borrel stressed that guilty of war crimes and other serious violations, as well as all those responsible for these officials and military leaders, should be prosecuted.

he added that Europe supports the investigation of military crimes and crimes against humanity in Ukraine by the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in Ukraine.
