At about 12 hours on January 4, information about the murder of the village of Dagkesmen Elvina Abdullayev, 1984, was admitted to the Agstafinal District Prosecutor’s Office.
As reported in the prosecutor’s office, as a result of the investigative activities, reasonable suspicions were established in the fact that the wife of E.Abdullaeva Ainur Abdullayeva, 1985, Mutely killed her husband with an ax on January 3, at about 5 o’clock in the morning, during a quarrel arising between them on the basis of personal relationships.
In the fact of the prosecutor’s office of the Agstafinsky district, a criminal case was initiated under Article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code of Ar. A.Abdullaeva is brought to a consequence as the accused, in its respecting the decision of the court elected a preventive measure in the form of detention. Currently, the case continues the necessary investigative activities.
