Commander of the Iranian police Brigadier General Hossein Ashtari announced the transfer of new forces and equipment to the northwestern borders of Iran.
According to the Iranian Radio Freedom Service (Radio Farda), speaking this morning before journalists Hossein Ashtari, without going into details, “that all obstacles were eliminated and we have no security problems.”
In the comments to this news, Radio FARDA writes that the situation of the northwestern border of Iran is fraught with political tensions since Iran has started military exercises on the border with the liberated regions of Azerbaijan.
