Britain announced growing Iranian threat

Iran – a state whose actions can more and more can be regarded as terrorism, and posing a direct threat to the UK through its special services, said the general director of the British counterintelligence (Mi5) Ken McCalllam, presenting his annual report on the threats of Great Britain.

According to him, instability in Iran entails real consequences for the world. “The current wave of protests in Iran asks fundamental questions to the totalitarian regime in this country and can signal deep changes, but their trajectory is vague,” said the head of the security service.
