The British Ministry of Defense responded to criticism by Russian President Vladimir Putin due to the results of a grain transaction, saying that Russia “conducts a deliberate misinformation strategy.”
Referring to the UN data, the department reported that about 30% of the grain exported from Ukraine as part of the transaction was delivered to countries with low and average income in Africa, in the Middle East and Asia.
