Britain will stop selling Russian public debt in London

Great Britain will stop selling Russian sovereign debt in London, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Liz Trails said. This reports Reuters.

Agency indicates that this is due to the possible introduction of Russian Armed Forces in Donbass.

“We were very clearly stated that we were going to limit the access of Russia to the British markets,” the tracks said, adding that in the case of a fully invasion of the territory of Ukraine, the kingdom plans to impose sanctions against key Russian “oligarchs” and organizations, as well as to limit access Moscow to financial markets.
