British special forces killed dozens of peaceful Afghans

The military personnel of the British special forces SAS (special regiment of the airborne service) in Afghanistan repeatedly killed detained and unarmed local men during the presence of foreign troops in this country, writes the Air Force.

According to the publication, one of the SAS units killed 54 civilian Afghans during one six -month business trip. The Air Force analyzed hundreds of pages of operational reports of special forces, including reports on the raids of “kill or capture” conducted in the Southern Province of Hilmen in 2010 and 2011.

It is argued that General Mark Carlton Smith, who led SAS in 2013, when the military police began his investigation, did not provide her with an evidence base, although he owned it. The publication indicates that everyone knew about crimes before senior officers, but they did nothing.
