The staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan continue to take measures to prevent cases of unauthorized penetration into the search for control posts on the liberated on occupation, but still not yet fully cleared from mines and other explosive devices.
As reported in the Ganja Regional Group of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on August 2, employees of the Kelbajar district police department detained the ISU brothers and Abile Balakhanov, who were trying to illegally penetrate the territory liberated from occupation. They were caused to the police department, where a preventive conversation was conducted with them with a warning about the threat of life, which mines and other explosive devices represent.
For these persons, a measure of administrative recovery was applied with the direction of the case for consideration in the district court.
