California: F-35 US Navy Fighter Crashed

According to the written statement widespread by the US Navy, the incident occurred at about 18:30 local time near the Lemur naval air base. The statement states that the pilot managed to use the catapulting system and leave the plane without serious consequences. The investigation has begun on the fact of the crash.

It is reported that this F-35 fighter was assigned to the STRIKE FIGHTER Squadron VF-125 squadron, which is responsible for the preparation of pilots and technical composition. Fire, thick puffs of smoke rose into the air.
