In the Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan, a preliminary investigation of the criminal case, initiated on the fact of the intentional murder of Khanum Mamedova on September 30, 2021 in the 24th police station of the Nizami district Baku.
According to the press service of the supervisory department, the result is established that her husband killed her husband – an employee of the Patrol Service of the Nizami RUE Izmail Mamedov during service. A man in his eyes of his own juvenile children was shot from a service weapon in a spouse, which in the administrative building of the 24th police station gave testimony in connection with the appeal on her husband’s domestic violence.
Based on sufficient evidence collected in the case, I. Mamedov was charged under articles 120.2.3 (murder of victim or his loved ones in connection with the implementation of this face of service activities or the fulfillment of public debt), 120.2.4 (murder committed with Special cruelty or hackneyment) and 128 (intentional causing easy harm to health) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. In relation to it, a preventive measure is elected in the form of detention.
Business materials are sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes for consideration.
